Shipping policy

Every order ships free — no minimum, no exceptions. That's our baseline promise to every Whisker & Scale customer.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 10–14 days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, so you can follow it every step of the way.

We ship via DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket depending on your location and the fastest available service at the time of your order.

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of your dispatch notification, please reach out to us at support@whiskerandscale.com and we'll investigate immediately.
